Sweyer Property Management is pleased to announce the hiring of Katelyn Smith, Dani Hutchins and Mitchell Volpe.
Smith, a North Carolina native born and raised in Monroe, is the new chief marketing officer. Smith moved to Wilmington to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing strategy. After her studies, she worked for an advertising agency, where she gained extensive experience in digital and traditional advertising.
Smith is passionate, driven and focused on driving results through innovative marketing campaigns, analytics and graphic design skills.
Smith enjoys yoga, running, travelling, walking her dog, being on the water, and spending time with friends and family.
Hutchins, a native of Winston-Salem, joined the team as a real estate manager and licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Hutchins attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She began her career in the property management industry in 2019, where she managed student and conventional housing in the Wilmington area.
In his spare time, Hutchins loves doing Pilates, hiking with his dog and trying new restaurants!
Volpe joined the Sweyer team as a real estate manager and licensed realtor in North Carolina. The Volpe and Sweyer team aspires to expand long-term property management services in Brunswick County.
A Brunswick County native, Volpe began his career in the real estate industry in 2016, when he and his father started a construction company. He then learned the ins and outs of home construction and renovation.
“I have spent the past few years dealing with all aspects of real estate, from building a new home to helping buyers find the right fit. I am thrilled to join this company and I believes Sweyer Property Management opens the door even wider to create opportunities for more landlords and investors in the Brunswick County area,” Volpe said.
As Property Manager, Volpe will primarily focus on building and managing a new portfolio of properties in Brunswick County, as well as managing advertising, leasing, maintenance and rotation. of these houses.
