Zerodha’s trading platform, Kite, is facing connectivity issues; users go wild on Twitter


Online brokerage Zerodha has reported connectivity issues on its flagship Kite trading platform through the Cloudflare network on some Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Zerodha confirmed the development in a tweet. He wrote: “We are receiving reports of intermittent connectivity issues on Kite through the Cloudflare network for users at certain ISPs. In the meantime, please try using another internet connection.

He further stated, “Cloudflare (network transit, proxy, security provider) used by most Internet companies around the world is experiencing a global outage. If you are unable to use our websites or applications, please try to switch to a different ISP because a different route may work.”

Shortly after the news went viral on Twitter, users shared screenshots of the Zerodha Kite platform. Others also shared hilarious memes about it. One of the users tagged Zerodha and wrote, “We are having issues with how Kite works. This is unacceptable. Unable to login and already logged in account can’t work on auctions and whatever.

Another user said that Zerodha works well for users with Reliance Jio. He wrote, “Zerodha users can migrate to the Jio network where it works well. The Cloudflare network cannot run Zerodha. Which also includes Vodafone.

According to, 56% of users reported problems accessing the website, 33% reported problems accessing the app, and 11% of users reported problems with login.
